I assist clients’ awareness of sensation, sense (or lack) of connection, with part/s of themselves. I invite two-way feedback between clients and myself and this usually reveals appropriate options that might be explored and can be reviewed: this might include appropriate exercises that will empower and facilitate clients to engage actively with their own health and well-being – ideally beyond the treatment session. Both of us bring an increased level of awareness of the client’s current range of movement, habitual patterns of movement and posture, so that we can work to maintain, or perhaps improve this.
